LisaNDDC Post Graduate Scholarship: 2022/2023 FOREIGN POST GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP: The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), as part of our Human Resource Development Initiatives, is launching a Foreign Post Graduate Scholarship Program to give Niger Deltans the training and skills they need to effectively participate in the current administration’s local content program and compete internationally in a variety of professional disciplines. The program is open to candidates who meet the eligibility requirements and hold the relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from accredited institutions in the following professional disciplines:
- Agricultural Sciences
- Engineering
- Environmental Sciences
- Geosciences
- Information Technology
- Law
- Management Sciences
- Medicine
- Architecture
- Hospitality Management

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess the following:
- For those planning to pursue a master’s programme, a first degree with a minimum 2nd Class-Lower division is required.
- A foreign university must have admitted applicants for a postgraduate programme in one of the aforementioned disciplines.
- It is NOT permitted to apply if the applicant has already enrolled in a university abroad.
- Any of the following individuals from the applicant’s Community/Clan may serve as a guarantor and must provide written approval of the applicant’s good behavior.
- Member of the national or state assembly;
- The head of the local government;
- A first-class traditional leader;
- A judge on the high court.
- No consideration will be given to those who have a criminal history or cult membership.
- A completed National Youth Service Corps is a requirement for applicants (NYSC).
- The Niger Delta Region MUST BE THE HOME OF ALL APPLICANTS.

MODE OF APPLICATION
- Application must be made on-line at the Commission’s website: (www.nddc.gov.ng) with the following attachments:
- Recent passport photograph
- Local Government Identification Letter
- Post Graduate admission letter from a recognized Oversea University. Relevant degrees from recognized Universities.
- NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
- Successfully complete application form will be assigned a registration number automatically.
- Print the hard copy of the on-line generated acknowledgement for ease of reference.
- All shortlisted applicants will be posted on NDDC website (www.nddc.gov.ng)
