Information for ICSP Applications
Foreign Cultural Service Program applications are accepted from both new and seasoned international students (ICSP). ICSP students that are chosen are given partial tuition waiver scholarships. The ICSP scholarship is re-eligible each year until a UO degree is earned, providing the student complies with the program’s standards. ICSP participants consent to completing the 66–80 hours of compulsory annual cultural service. Participating in foreign events on campus or making presentations about your country’s history and culture to community groups or schools are examples of cultural service.
