We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Technician
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Perform system upgrade as assigned / Instructed/ approved by the supervisor and this includes addition of card readers, cameras and alarm points to existing structure as well as recommend software/ firmware upgrade.
- Keep accurate records of all check ins, fault calls, resolution, escalations and send reports on activities to supervisor daily.
- Conduct checks on all installed devices (CCTVs, Access Control & alarm systems) to confirm their status and proactively resolve faults where required or as immediately observed.
- Keep all records of stocks (materials and equipment) required as spares for replacement where necessary and send stock update report to supervisor weekly.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly used, kept, and maintained.
- Avoid material wastage.
- Perform general office and system maintenance.
- Other major job descriptions will be detailed in your JD when employed.
Qualification and Requirements
- GCE Ordinary Level / SSCE.
- Minimum of four years’ work experience
- Applicant’s control room experience or technician experience must be in electronic security monitoring.
