    Key Responsibilities:

    4. Edit the script where necessary

    7. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively

    Qualifications:

    1. A degree in Film Production or relevant field
    2. Prior experience with film production
    3. Master’s degree for Grade Level 09 is required
    4. Must have completed NYSC or hold a Certificate of Exemption

    Qualifications:

    1. HND or BSc. in Journalism, Linguistics and other related courses
    2. Must have 3 years’ experience in presentation on radio and television.
    3. Must have completed NYSC or hold a Certificate of Exemption
    4. Knowledge in IT-MSWORD, EXCEL/Broadcast television network
    5. Fluent skill in the use of English Language without affectation.
    6. Must be able to read and write in British English.

    6) Production Directors – Master Control Room – TV (G. Levels 12/10/09/08/07) – Positions 7

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for performing all on – air operations to include recording, downloading, uploading and editing of all on – air programming and commercial material in a live news and programmes.
    2. Operate all control room equipment associated with a typical live News and Programmes
    3. Monitor and maintain the quality, continuity and availability of multiple networks and distribution channels in a live and non-live environment
    4. Monitors, video/audio quality and signal availability using waveform  monitors, meters and other test and monitoring equipment
    5. Prepare and maintain sports, news, programmes and associated database for air
    6. Capture and encoding of content related to on-air schedules, operate on-air branding for the news.
    7. Assists media operations group in the recording and storage of content feeds
    8. Manages deployment and retrieval of playlists and as –run files and monitors commercial insertion system
    9. Integrates live and previously recorded program content with commercial and promotional spots
    10. Maintains program and break continuity
    11. Able to work any scheduled time, including nights, weekends and holidays

    Qualifications:

    1. Must hold a B.Sc/B.A/B.Eng in any of these fields with First or Second Class options
    2. Mass Comm., Electrical Electronics, Computer Science or qualification in an associated field and a Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
    3. Must have a minimum of 3 – 6 – 9 years work experience respectively for each grade level
    4. Must have completed NYSC or hold a Certificate of Exemption
    5. Knowledge in IT/Broadcast television network
    6. Applicants must be 35 years old or younger to be considered for the job.

    7.) Graphics- Film and Voice Editors – TV (G. Levels 10/09/08) – Positions 5

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for recording, downloading, uploading and editing of all on – air programming and commercial material
    2. Operate all control room equipment associated with graphics
    3. Monitors, video/audio quality and signal availability using waveform  monitors, meters and other test and monitoring equipment
    4. Capture and encoding of content related to on-air schedules, operate on-air branding for the news.
    5. Assists media operations group in the recording, storage of content feeds and graphical works
    6. Manages deployment and retrieval of playlists and as –run files and monitors commercial insertion system
    7. Integrates live and previously recorded program content and ensure a balance in the voicing
    8. Able to work any scheduled time, including nights, weekends and holidays

    Qualifications:

    1. Must hold a B.Sc/B.A/B.Eng in any of these fields with, at least a  Second Class Upper
    2. Mass Comm., Electrical Electronics, Computer Science or qualification in an associated field and a Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
    3. Must have a minimum of 3 – 6  years’ work experience respectively to be qualified for grade levels 10 – 09
    4. Must have completed NYSC or hold a Certificate of Exemption
    5. Knowledge in IT/Broadcast television network

    8.) Senior Officer – Programme Scheduling – Radio/TV (Grade 10) – Position 1

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Provide strong support in the area of scheduling programs
    2. Provide accurate and reliable statistics
    3. Collate and analyze data
    4. Prepare relevant reports to inform decision making
    5. Design and manage surveys, process and analyze data to enable effective allocation of resources, advocate for change in policy and other decision making elements
    6. Foster teamwork and meaningfully contribute to team\s performance outcomes. Any other relevant duty as assigned

    Minimum Qualification

    1. A degree in Library Management of any of the discipline of social science or humanities
    2. A Masters’ degree in any of the discipline specified above will be an added advantage.
    3. NYSC Discharge or Exception Certificate
    4. At least (6) six years’ working experience
    5. Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, etc.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Scheduling programs
    2. Ensure that Video/Audio programs are properly profiled
    3. Good records keeping of programs in the Library

    Minimum Qualification

    1. A degree in Library Management of any of the discipline of social science or humanities
    2. NYSC Discharge or Exception Certificate
    3. At least (3) three years’ working experience for Grade 9 position

    10.) Senior Officer – Accounts (Grade Level 10) – Position 1

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage preparation, payment of salaries and remittance of Third-Party deductions simultaneously
    2. Organize and supervise the finance and accounting functions in a manner that facilitates transparency and accountability in the management of state funds
    3. Ensure that actual expenditures are in line with the approved budget
    4. Identify effective tax planning measures on a continuous basis
    5. Assist in recording and safeguarding the assets of the Library Board
    6. Ensure completeness, adequacy and integrity of financial records
    7. Ensures accurate recording and appropriate treatment of accounting data, including processing of Accounts Payable, Credit & Accounts receivable, Assets, Inventory, etc.

    Minimum Qualification

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or any related field
    2. NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter
    3. Preferably, Minimum of six (6) Years’ Work Experience within Edo State Civil Service while rising through the ranks
    4. Professional certification, ICAN or ANAN Required.

    11.) Senior Admin Officer/Admin Officer I (Grade Level 09) – Position 1

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Make submissions and prepare draft letters on specific matters
    2. Initiate the preparation of draft memorandum and speeches.
    3. Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.
    4. Manage the preparation and maintenance of periodic reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department as necessary or requested
    5. Lead, Coach, mentor and develop staff to meet expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
    6. Appropriately communicate agency information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email and regular interpersonal communication.
    7. Oversee general facility maintenance
    8. Manage employee’s health and safety in the work place by ensuring adherence to employee safety and health regulations Agency-wide
    9. Ensure all departments have appropriate space, infrastructure, and workplace environment to function at an optimal level as defined EDSG policy, standards and guidelines.
    10. Manage the fleet and drivers and other associated assignment

    Minimum Qualification

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in any of the disciplines of Social science or Humanities.
    2. Master’s degree in the  relevant field
    3. NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption Letter
    4. Preferably, Minimum of five (3) Years’ Work Experience within the Ministry, rising through the ranks
    5. Professional certification in any Administration course.
    6. Proficient in Ms-word, Excel, Presentation etc.

    14.) Telecom/Broadcast/Sound Engineers (Grade Level 08/09/10) – Position 4

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for operating, monitor, and adjust audio, video, lighting and broadcast equipment to ensure consistent quality
    2. Set and take down equipment for events and live performances
    3. Record speech, music, and other sounds on recording equipment or computers, sometimes using complex software
    4. Synchronize sounds and dialogue with action taking place on tv or in movie productions
    5. Convert video and audio records to digital formats for editing on computers
    6. Install audio, video and lighting equipment
    7. Report any problems that arise with complex equipment and make routine repairs
    8. Keep records of recordings and equipment used

    Qualifications

    1. A degree in Electronics, Computer, Sound or Telecom Engineering (B.Eng/B.SC Eng)
    2. A Masters’ degree in the discipline specified above will be an added advantage for Grade Levels 09/10 and Professional Certification (COREN)
    3. NYSC Discharge or Exception Certificate
    4. At least 3 – 6 years’ working experience for Grade Level 09/10 positions.

    15.) Principal Technical Officers – Engineering/Equipment Technician (Grade Level 10) Positions 2

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for providing technical and practical support to Engineers in design, construction, maintenance and repairs
    2. Use variety of tools, including computers and other electronic devices
    3. Able to work with CAD software to create complex designs when needed
    4. Supervision on subordinates to install, maintain, and repair electronic and mechanical equipment
    5. Carry out routine checks and tests
    6. Provide technical advice and support to colleagues and customers
    7. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults and malfunctions
    8. Keep records of recordings and equipment used
    9. Carry out modifications and upgrades
    10. Order and maintain stocks of spares and components

    16.) Senior Technical Officer (Grade Level 10) – Position 2

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for providing technical and practical support to Engineers in design, construction, maintenance and repairs

    4. Diagnose faults and inspections to check equipment performance
    5. Document test results and produce reports
    6. Maintain records of installation and maintenance activities

    Qualifications

    1. Manage and operate motion picture cameras to record scenes related to TV Broadcasts, advertisement and motion film
    2. Compose shots and proper framing
    3. Able to perform camera moves accurately
    4. Multi-task and take direction

    Qualifications

    1.  SSCE/OND in Mass Comm., Film Production or related field
    2. At least 3 years’ working experience.
    3. Proficient in computer usage
