Job Title: Clerical Staff
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of contact for customers, clients
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
- Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience
- Computer Literate, conversant with Ms Applications (Word, Excel), Pdf
- Technology Savy.
