JOB DERSCRIPTION:
In accordance Halogen policies, the Detail Officer is in charge of coordinating the provision of contractual and on-demand secured mobility security services to clients.
To ensure the achievement of budgeted financial targets in the designated area of responsibility.
The position holder oversees Journey Management Commanders, assigns teams to clients, tasks, and beats, and coordinates the delivery of secured mobility services with Government Security Forces.

ROLES:
Operations and Service Delivery
• Coordinate the delivery of excellent Secured Mobility services (Escort Services, Meet and Greet, Executive Protection, Travel Advisory, etc.,) in assigned region
• Secure the safety of clients and company assets while in transit and at static locations by implementing effective Security and Journey Management strategies
• Coordinate and monitor the Commanders to ensure adherence to security plan and route
• Perform vehicle drop-off inspection, recommend maintenance and document existing damages
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower for service delivery and achievement of revenue targets
• Ensure the availability of Commanders, Financial and material supports required for task execution
• React promptly and correctly in emergency situations
• Ensure compliance with all Armada’s guiding principles and SOP
• Organise logistics requirement for all operations; PPE, vehicle maintenance etc
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Respond promptly to client’s complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Engage clients to provide security risk advice and operational support, strengthening customer satisfaction and retention
• Proactively engage and manage clients, internal and external stakeholders, contractors and partners including Government Security Agencies to foster good working relationship and best business outcome.
• First Degree from a reputable tertiary institution and/or military academy
• Professional qualification in security is essential.Experience
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years ‘experience in Government Security Forces; Army, Airforce or Navy, Civil Defence and other GSFs or
• 5 – 7 years’ experience as an ER/JM Commander in a Private/Civil Security company
• Experience in a supervisory role in a Government Security Force or Civil/Industrial security company is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Logistics and planning experience will be an added advantage
